I love to snorkel there is something about floating in the ocean, and seeing beautiful fish, I find it so relaxing, the Bahamas has some of the best snorkeling in the Caribbean. In this blog we will look at what does the Bahamas offer you as you plan your vacation.

Last week we looked at a couple of the smaller islands in the Bahamas, with so many small islets in the Bahamas to choose from it’s hard only two or five of them, the Bahamas offers great fishing experiences for the first timer and the more experienced, but it also offers amazing bird watching for the enthusiasts, and water sports in the Bahamas is a big hit as well.

Eleuthera & Harbour Island

Is the Birthplace of the Bahamas ~ Pineapple Fields, White and Pink Sand Beaches and Miles of Coastlines.

Much of the Bahamas is known for their architecture and their way of life, which was influenced by the British Loyalists who settled in the 1700’s.

Eleuthera is home to one of the natural wonders called “Glass Window” which some claim to be the narrowest place on earth. It is where the rich dark blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean meets the turquoise calm tranquil waters of the Bahamas making for some of the most dramatic views.

The Exuma is an archipelago of 365 cays and islands, begin just 35 miles southeast of Nassau and are an exotic collection of dream destinations. Nassau, and The Island of Paradise

Let's face it, the Bahamas is located in one of the Most Beautiful area's of the Ocean that is not too far for those living in Canada or the USA.

Nassau offer a lot of actives, and it is one of the more busiest islands in the Bahamas, as it is the Metropolitan Glamour with a Tropical Ease.

Nassau is part British and part Spanish and part West African, the variety of the historical and cultural influences give Nassau Paradise Island a spirit of its own. Colorful homes and pink government buildings mingle with the small hotels and grand resorts.

There is no shortage if shopping, especially at the Straw Market, museums and restaurants on or near Bay Street. It's easy to walk around Nassau, it's busy but also laid back with a tropical feeling.

Paradise Island has 685 acres of Paradise Island are connected to Nassau by two 600-foot bridges, making it easy to get around. There is even a golf course and a marina along with the largest casinos in the Caribbean, so you may want to try your luck.

The Abacos is made up of two islands, Great Abaco and Little Abaco, which are connected by road. A great deal of tourists visiting each year. Abacos is known for it's warm calm waters, warm breezes and a panoramic beauty that makes this 120-mile-long chain of islands a boating paradise.

Sailing & Yachting of course, with many cays, sheltered harbors, and excellent facilities is what makes Abacos makes it the Top Destination for Sailing.
