My friends and we were all set to visit Switzerland in the summer of 2020, for pleasure and to stay at the International Scout Camp in Kanderstag. We booked through Tracey and were just beginning to plan for accommodation and places to visit when the pandemic hit and our trip was cancelled.
Tracey was very easy to work with during the planning and booking, and equally supportive during the process of getting flight refunds from the airlines. She kept us informed and responded promptly to any email / phone requests.
3 of the 4 flight refunds have been received, and Tracey is diligently tracking down the 4th.

I want to mention how much Tracey helped us on an upcoming trip. We had a problem with one of the major airlines, and we enlisted Tracey to help. She jumped right in, spent a lot of time and effort working with them to fix their internal problem (not easy!), and she was able to fix it all for us! Now we are looking forward to a wonderful week in Rome in a beautiful hotel she booked for us and really short layover times on the way there and back (which are golden on their own!). She really helped us out of a difficult situation, and her solution was much better than we could have done by ourselves! We highly, highly recommend her!!

One time I had booked the wrong tickets and while the airline and online site I had booked them through were not helpful at all to me. I asked Tracey and she found me a reasonably priced ticket for the next day! She saved me big time!

Tracey Lamanque is unbelievable at what she does.
