Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt water
  • 1 qt chicken stock, light
  • 2 Tbsp adobo goya seasoning w/pepper
  • 1 tsp dry cilantro
  • 1 pkg sazon w/culantro and aciote annato
  • 1 can(s) tomato sauce
  • 2 lb pork smoke bones cut up
  • 1/2 lb beef sausage cut in slices
  • 1 boullion cube
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 lb punkin vegetable
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 1/4 c pitted olives
  • 1 bell red pepper chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • 1 pkg powdered ham flavor
  • 1 pkg thin spaghetti noodle 8 ounce

How to Make smoke pork bone hearty soup w/ vegetables

IN A BIG POT COOK SMOKED PORK BONES COVERED FOR 40 MINUTES, THEN CHOP CORN AND PUT IN ALSO CHOP POTATOES, CELERY AND CARROTS ALSO CUT BEEF SAUSAGE AND ADD SAZON W/CULANTRO AND ACHIOTE ANNATTO, DRY CILANTRO, PITTED OLIVES CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER, ONION, AND GARLIC, CHOPPED PUMPKIN ADD BOULIN CUBE, POWDERED HAM FLAVORINGS ADD I QUART CHICKEN STOCK AND I CAN TOMATO SAUCE ADD ADOBO W/ PEPPER, STIR AND TASTE, LET BOIL, COVERED 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL EVERYTHING IS TENDER AND DONE, IF YOU WANT YOU COULD ADD TO THE BOING G SOUP 1 CUP ELBOW MACARONI OR THIN SPAGHETTI FOR SOUP SERVES 8 OR MORE. Tres leches cake, also known as pastel de tres leches, is a sponge cake soaked in 3 kinds of milk, popular in Latin America.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough

  • 5 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the cream

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (canned)
  • 1½ cup milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk (canned)

For the topping

  • 1½ cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberries (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Dough

  • Preheat oven to 350 F / 175 C. Add the baking powder into the flour previously sifted.
  • Separately, beat the butter and sugar for a few minutes.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract and continue beating.
  • Gradually add flour/baking powder mixture and continue beating.
  • Pour into a large buttered gratin dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Prick the cake with a fork. Cool for at least 20-30 minutes.

Cream

  • Mix the three milk's together and pour the mixture over the dough gradually. The dough should absorb all the liquid.

Topping

  • Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer. When it begins to thicken, add the sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating. Cover the cake with this cream.
  • You can garnish the Tres Leches cake with fresh strawberries.
